With a Small Group rate that starts at only 10 people, social groups, hobby clubs, family reunions and even just groups of friends can take advantage of discount pricing and enjoy the camaraderie of a night at the theatre!

The options range from fully catered affairs in the AMT lobby before the show, to simply taking advantage of our discounted group rates and surprising your employees with tickets to a show.

School Groups

A field trip to AMT is an unforgettable experience for students of all ages! The kids will get to see a great show, and perhaps even learn a thing or two. We can provide study guides, backstage tours, and above all low group rates! Even better, our 10:30 am show times allow your group to be back at school in time to catch the bus home at the end of the day. If your school group is a Performing Arts group, you may be able to "open the show" on the AMT stage by performing a 10 minute concert!

Church Groups

Our annual Christmas spectacular makes a great outing for Sunday School classes and church groups of all sizes. It's a mix of everyone's favorite Christmas carols, a little bit of feel-good rock n' roll, singing, dancing, comedy, and even a visit from Santa Claus himself! Bring your group to see the holiday show that audiences and critics have been raving about.

Meetings and Conferences

The AMT "meeting room" consists of a 56-foot stage, 1,600 plush seats, and top-notch sound, video and lighting equipment.... all the tools needed to make your next business conference come alive! We have welcomed conference groups of all sizes, and can accommodate breakfasts, dinners and presentations of any scope. Our satisfied clients include: Fulton Bank, Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic, and Manheim Auto Auction.

Travel Industry Professionals

Our reservations department works directly with tour operators, travel agents, motor coach companies, receptives, and others in the travel & tourism industry. Meal & Show Packages

Before or after the show enjoy a meal at one of Lancaster's finest Pennsylvania Dutch restaurants! Simply select one of our restaurant partners and we'll make the arrangements...its truly one-stop shopping! Pricing includes show ticket and meal. Packages are available to groups of 25 or more. Sales Tools

We look at working with your group as a partnership, so if we can provide free sales tools to help get your group excited about taking a trip to AMT, please let us know. Free Sales Tools include: brochures, flyers, sign-up sheets, photos, etc... Our in-house graphics team can provide free customized pieces as well- just contact our reservations department for info.

Group Policies

• Seating assignments are made at the time of booking
• $100 deposit is due within 30 days of initial booking
• Final count is due 45 days prior to the show
• Final payment is due 30 days prior to the show
• Tickets are printed and mailed upon receipt of final payment, or held at the box office until the day of the show
• Orders may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the show, and receive a full refund
• Orders cancelled 14-29 days before the show will be refunded less a $1 per ticket processing fee, with a maximum charge of $25
• Groups of 25 or more arriving via motorcoach will receive complimentary admission for their driver and escort
• Restaurant portion of Meal & Show Package is non-refundable
• Tickets for Celebrity Concerts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Deposits for Celebrity Concerts are non-refundable and non-transferable
