Inclement Weather Policy

In theatre, we live by the saying, "The show must go on." However, we are very careful when it comes to bad weather.

For celebrity concert shows - As long as the performer arrives, then the show will go on as scheduled. No shows will be cancelled based on the forecast of inclement weather. If the weather is too bad, and a performer does not arrive, all ticket holders will be notified via phone with more information. If a show does go on and you do not show up, then those reservations have been forfeited.

For our Christmas show - No shows will be cancelled based on the forecast of inclement weather. If the weather is too bad, and we cancel a show, all ticket holders will be notified via phone with more information. If a show does go on and you do not show up, please call the box office so that we may re-schedule your reservations. If you do not call us to re-schedule, your reservations have been forfeited.
