The Doobie Brothers have had us grooving to the music for almost 40 years and we can't wait to hear them live at AMT.
In 1970, before landing a contract with Warner Bros. Records, the band performed live all over Northern California. The group garnered a large following from local chapters of Hells Angels. In fact, some credit the bikers as helping the Doobie Brothers get their start.
After a string of success in the early 70s with "Long Train Runnin" and "China Grove", the band continued to produce hits and have since sold over 22 million albums.
In between tour dates, the band is currently in the studio mixing their upcoming full-length album, which marks the return of the longtime Doobie Brothers producer Ted Templeman. 15 songs have been recorded for this release.
AMT is also happy to welcome drummer Michael Hossack back to the stage. Michael, who started playing with the Doobie Brothers in 1971, was sidelined by an injury this past summer.
See you at the show!
