Formed in 1966, the Steve Miller Band was one of the top San Francisco blues-rock bands of the late 60s and early 70s, and went on to become one of the top-selling pop/rock acts with hits like “The Joker,” “Fly Like an Eagle,” “Rock’n Me,” and “Abracadabra.” Their 2010 album, “Bingo!,” was nominated as blues rock album of the year by the Blues Foundation.
