Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes were the second band after Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band to emerge from the New Jersey shore scene in the 1970s.  With over 30 albums to their credit, the Jukes’ musical trademark continues to be their exuberant rhythm and blues feel, loaded with the driving sound of their legendary horn section.  Rolling Stone Magazine called their album “Hearts of Stone,” “one of the top 100 albums of the 70s and 80s.”
